Compliance communications · Pool supply
Spanish pesticide labeling is rolling out. Is your pool chemical catalog ready?
EPA is phasing in Spanish translations of key pesticide label sections. For pool-supply distributors and private-label brands, we run a SKU-by-SKU label workflow, plus the HazCom signs and handling handouts your warehouse needs.

Dates that matter for pool supply.
Not every pool chemical is a registered pesticide. Sanitizers, algaecides and disinfectants often are; status is confirmed product by product.
What's included
Only the SKUs that need it, from the approved label.
The registrant controls EPA-approved labeling. We work from the approved source and EPA's Spanish translation guidance. We never change claims, directions or hazard wording.
- SKU matrix by EPA Reg. No. and status (you or your registrant confirm)
- Spanish label content workflow and version tracking
- Label production files
- Chemical-zone warehouse signage in EN/ES
- Bilingual handling and storage handouts
Client technical approval gate
Your safety team decides what's required. We make it clear, bilingual and production-ready.
-
01
Approved source
You provide the regulatory or technical source: SDS, procedures, classifications, engineering data, official notices.
-
02
EHS approval
Your safety lead or qualified professional confirms content and applicability before design starts.
-
03
Controlled Spanish
We write the Spanish version from the approved English source: signal words, hazard statements and pictograms kept intact.
-
04
Layout + version control
Production files with version and date, so every sign, label and handout traces back to its approved source.
Regulatory and technical content is supplied or approved by the client. AAA Impressions provides document design, controlled copy preparation, translation, layout and production. We do not determine workplace hazards, regulatory applicability, chemical classification, engineering values or legal compliance. Those come from the employer, its EHS/safety lead, the manufacturer or a qualified professional.
