SOL-02 · Safety & compliance communications
Your safety team decides what's required. We make it clear, bilingual and production-ready.
HazCom programs, OSHA/ANSI signs, lockout/tagout procedures, forklift training materials and workplace posters, designed from your approved content, in English and Spanish, for warehouses, distributors and manufacturers.

Training has to be understood, not just delivered.
OSHA's policy is that training required by its standards must be presented in a manner employees can understand, in a language and vocabulary they understand. That doesn't make every sign legally bilingual, but it makes professional Spanish a real part of how training works, not a nice-to-have.
Florida warehouses and job sites often run with crews who read Spanish first. A forklift deck, LOTO handout or HazCom training only in English may exist on paper and still miss its purpose.
- Native, controlled Spanish from the approved English source
- Signal words, hazard statements and pictograms kept intact
- Version and date on every file
- Recurring maintenance as SDS, equipment and posters change
Client technical approval gate
Your safety team decides what's required. We make it clear, bilingual and production-ready.
-
01
Approved source
You provide the regulatory or technical source: SDS, procedures, classifications, engineering data, official notices.
-
02
EHS approval
Your safety lead or qualified professional confirms content and applicability before design starts.
-
03
Controlled Spanish
We write the Spanish version from the approved English source: signal words, hazard statements and pictograms kept intact.
-
04
Layout + version control
Production files with version and date, so every sign, label and handout traces back to its approved source.
Compliance communication questions
Are you a safety consultant?
No. We don't determine hazards, regulatory applicability or compliance. Your employer, EHS lead, manufacturer or a qualified professional does. We design, write, translate, lay out and produce the materials from their approved content.
Do you certify forklift operators or signs?
No. We don't use the word 'certified' for anything we produce. Forklift training and evaluation are done by your qualified trainer; we provide the bilingual training system and forms.
What do OSHA penalties look like?
For 2026, OSHA's maximums are $16,550 per serious, other-than-serious or posting violation and $165,514 per willful or repeated violation. Those are maximums, not fixed fees; actual amounts depend on the citation. Source: OSHA.
Do you handle DOT hazmat labels and placards or arc-flash labels?
On request. We produce DOT labels and placards from shipping data your hazmat professional supplies, and arc-flash labels only from an engineering study. We never classify materials or calculate electrical values.
Regulatory and technical content is supplied or approved by the client. AAA Impressions provides document design, controlled copy preparation, translation, layout and production. We do not determine workplace hazards, regulatory applicability, chemical classification, engineering values or legal compliance. Those come from the employer, its EHS/safety lead, the manufacturer or a qualified professional.
