SOL-06 · Technical translation

Technical translation that reads right on the plant floor.

Manuals, spec sheets, training materials and handbooks translated from English to Spanish by a native speaker who knows the trade terms, then laid out so the Spanish version looks as finished as the original.

The problem

Machine translation gets the words. It misses the job.

A generic translator turns "lockout" into a word nobody on your crew uses, and a translation tool breaks your layout the moment the Spanish runs 20% longer.

We translate with the terms your crews, contractors and buyers already use, and we deliver the finished file, not a text document someone still has to lay out.

  • Native Spanish, reviewed for the job site, not machine output
  • Consistent terminology across every document
  • Layout rebuilt so the Spanish version fits and prints
  • Your approved English stays the source of record

Technical translation questions

Do you provide certified translations?

No. We provide professional technical translation and layout. If you need a certified or sworn translation for legal or immigration purposes, you will need a certified translator.

Who reviews the technical content?

You do. We translate from your approved English source, flag anything unclear, and your team signs off on the final Spanish before it goes out.

What file formats do you work with?

Word, PDF, InDesign, Illustrator and spreadsheet exports. We return the translated file in the same format, ready to print or publish.

How is it priced?

Per document, based on length, layout complexity and turnaround. Send the file and you get a written quote before any work starts.

Regulatory and technical content is supplied or approved by the client. AAA Impressions provides document design, controlled copy preparation, translation, layout and production. We do not determine workplace hazards, regulatory applicability, chemical classification, engineering values or legal compliance. Those come from the employer, its EHS/safety lead, the manufacturer or a qualified professional.
