Compliance communications · Signage

A facility-wide safety sign system, in English and Spanish.

Danger, Warning, Caution and safety-instruction signs designed as one library (consistent, durable and readable at a distance) from your safety lead's hazard survey.

Three classes of signs

We keep law, standard and company messaging separate.

OSHA 1910.145 (general industry) and 1926.200 (construction) set their own sign requirements and incorporate specific ANSI editions by reference, not always the newest one. A modern ANSI Z535 layout is a strong format, but it doesn't automatically equal 'OSHA-required'.

So every sign in your library is labeled by class, and nothing is sold as 'OSHA certified'.

  • Regulation-prescribed: signs whose content or format a rule specifies (e.g., exit signs)
  • Consensus-standard: ANSI Z535-format Danger/Warning/Caution/Notice signs
  • Company safety communication: your own reminders and instructions
  • Bilingual variants, durable production files and a replacement library

Client technical approval gate

Your safety team decides what's required. We make it clear, bilingual and production-ready.

  1. 01

    Approved source

You provide the regulatory or technical source: SDS, procedures, classifications, engineering data, official notices.

  2. 02

    EHS approval

Your safety lead or qualified professional confirms content and applicability before design starts.

  3. 03

    Controlled Spanish

We write the Spanish version from the approved English source: signal words, hazard statements and pictograms kept intact.

  4. 04

    Layout + version control

Production files with version and date, so every sign, label and handout traces back to its approved source.

Regulatory and technical content is supplied or approved by the client. AAA Impressions provides document design, controlled copy preparation, translation, layout and production. We do not determine workplace hazards, regulatory applicability, chemical classification, engineering values or legal compliance. Those come from the employer, its EHS/safety lead, the manufacturer or a qualified professional.
